Aleksandra & Nitin's Wedding
Our Story
In 2020, amidst the pandemic, Aleksandra and Nitin first crossed paths on a dating app (IFYKYK). They spent weeks exchanging messages and calls, but despite Nitin's charm, Aleksandra hesitated to meet in person (true crime aficionado, perhaps?). However, Nitin persisted, consistently asking her out. After numerous rejections, Aleksandra finally relented, agreeing to a date. Nitin impressed her with an almost unattainable dinner reservation for their first meeting during the opening day of lockdown measures. It was a night filled with fireworks, leading to a whirlwind romance.
At that time, Nitin lived in Basel while Aleksandra resided in Lausanne. Their relationship developed amid a love-hate dynamic with Swiss trains shuttling them back and forth. A few months later, Nitin relocated to Geneva, making the distance more bearable (yet still challenging). Six months after, Nitin made the monumental decision to leave his hometown and move in with Aleksandra in Lausanne. Aleksandra's sacrifice was more significant, accommodating not only Nitin but also his furry companion Baloo, who had a knack for chewing furniture. They soon realized it was the best choice they'd made (even Baloo, the furniture-devouring bunny, wasn't that problematic after all).
One year later, they joyously welcomed their beautiful daughter Nelia into the world. Today, the four of them cordially invite you to celebrate their love.

In order to confirm your room reservation, all you need to do is fill out the RSVP form below on this website selecting the option "Hilton" under Accomodation. This will automatically reserve a room/s for you and your guests. We will send out a confirmation of the room in the coming months next year to your email address provided.
